人生就是你手中的一支笔。不论辉煌或暗淡、曲折或平凡，你在人世间的所有痕迹都由你自己一手写就。人生的笔中究竟储存了多少墨水，你无从知道，但它却在你的掌握之中。希望当墨水即将耗尽之时，你能心满意足的回头品味自己留下的篇章。

Suppose someone gave you a pen - a sealed, solid-colored pen. You couldn't see how much ink it had. It might run dry after the first few tentative words or last just long enough to create a masterpiece (or several) that would last forever and make a difference in the scheme of things. You don't know before you begin. Under the rules of the game, you really never know. You have to take a chance!

Actually, no rule of the game states you must do anything. Instead of picking up and using the pen, you could leave it on a shelf or in a drawer where it will dry up, unused. But if you do decide to use it, what would you do with it? How would you play the game? Would you plan and plan before you ever wrote a word? Would your plans be so extensive that you never even got to the writing? Or would you take the pen in hand, plunge right in and just do it, struggling to keep up with the twists and turns of the torrents of words that take you where they take you? Would you write cautiously and carefully, as if the pen might run dry the next moment, or would you pretend to believe that the pen will write forever and proceed accordingly?

And of what would you write: Of love? Hatred? Fun? Misery? Life? Death? Nothing? Or Everything? Would you write to please just yourself, or others, or yourself by writing for others? Would your strokes be tremblingly timid or brilliantly bold? Fancy with a flourish or plain? Would you even write? Once you have the pen, no rule says you have to write. Would you sketch? Scribble? Doodle or draw? Would you stay in or on the lines, or see no lines at all, even if they were there? Or are they? There's a lot to think about here, isn't there?

Now, suppose in the same way that if someone gave you a life... 

       The passing Labour's Day for me is full of continuous family banquets.It seems that all the happy things automatically choose to come at the same time.From May 1 to May 7,time is arranged for this brother's wedding party or that  cousin's birthday party ,and  just yesterday,all the family came together again for my mother's 50th birthday party.An exciting holiday!

       Besides these joyous thngs themselves,what' more pleasing  is the oppotunity to bring all the members of such a big family together to communicate with each other ,strengthening the valuable family relationships.We talk about our usual life ,the happiness and the worries;we go shopping together,talking and laughing oblivious of the passer-bys.and we sing and present our feelings in poetic words making our rejocing atmosphere spreat even out of the celetbrating hall.

       It's always thought that nowadays the relations between peolple become more and more complicated ,and even the traditional family ties are becoming weaker and weaker.We have to admit that there are indeed some truth in it .However,I still hold the belief that the family ties are still as stong as they were in the past,and what has changed is not the ties themselves but the ways of people's expressing their feelings.Because of the busy life,it's impoossible for us to give much time to enjoy the big family activities and it's just because we're from the same family tree  that we can understand each other 's temparary alienace and give our best wishes to each other from the bottom of our mind.Certainly,we'll not miss a family gathering.Once there is a celebrating occasions ,almost everyone will come to present their honest wishes and run back over the family affection.I think it's no more appropriate to regard the family as a large protective umbrella,and It's just under it that we can rejoice ourselves without any other concerns.

       Just as a traditional Chinese proverb goes:"Everything will be Ok in a harmonious family."Yes,the healthy and happy growth of us  need a harmonious and affectionate family,just like the rise of a nation need a healthy and harmoniou society.
